We hear al kinds of things about our wonderful Jesus, and how many try to discredit Him; saying that He is, or He is not this or that. Below is brief evidence of who our Lord is.
Proof – The Word is inscribed
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). For prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:21). For those who say or believe that the Word of God came any other way; this is inscribed:
What advantage then has the Jew, or what is the profit of circumcision? Much in every way! Chiefly because to them were committed the oracles of God. For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar (Romans 3:1-4).
Proof – The Word (Jesus Christ) was manifested in flesh
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend [understand] it (John 1:1-5, 14).
The disciples personally walked with Jesus before He died. So, He went up onto the mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him. Then He began to teach them (Matthew 5:1-2).
The disciples were taught the Word by Jesus and they were sent as apostles to carry the Word (Matthew 28:19-20).
More proof
After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once (1 Corinthians 15:6a). Even though Jesus is not physically on the earth, He is alive! I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. He is alive forever more (Revelation 1:18).
Oncore - Standing Ovation!
Assurance that we will live with Him throughout eternity. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him (Romans 6:8).
Hallelujah and glory to the Lord God Almighty!
